Low-budget hotel and amazingly comfortable rooms, reasonable prices. Affable staff of the property. Stunning and exceptional location in Balgowan close enough to the midlands meander, great restaurants, and the beautiful Balgowan valley. Also, in a very good area. Really great stay, as always.

We lucked out and got bumped up to a clean and super roomy space with its own bathroom. the spot where this place sits is top-notch - just a short stroll away from the midlands meander😊. Plus, it's in a really nice neighborhood.

Great view of the lake from our spotless room. the staff was super nice and helpful, and we didn't have to stress about finding parking because it was free 🚗.
